Mission

 

The philosophy of the Peoria Select Football Club is solely focused on providing a fun, safe, and healthy environment of developing dedicated youth soccer players who are committed to advancing their soccer skills and achieving personal growth learned through participation in competitive soccer to the best of their abilities. PSFC believes in developing a player irrespective of whether they know the game or not and therefore, try-outs is not a way to bring the soccer game to those that have not had much exposure to the game.

 

 

2009/2010 High School and College Preparatory Program

 

Peoria Select Football Club invites you to come to learn more about our 2009/2010 High School and College Preparatory Program. Our goal is to provide our players with the best possible technical and tactical training and development.

There is no need for a tryout. If you are interested in participating in our program, just stop by during one of our practices, from now until June 26th. Bring your playing equipment and any questions you may have. It is free!

At PSFC we do not believe that soccer has to be a paid sport. We maintain a very low overhead and the costs of the inevitable expenses (mainly registration fees, facility rentals and insurance) are shared by all the participants. We will support fundraising activities and look for sponsors in order to minimize participant expenses. We will find ways to help those players with no economic resources.  Our goal is to have a high school team ready to display its talent by the Spring of 2010.

 

We Offer:

 

·          Consistent training schedules indoors and outdoors.

·          Specialized goalkeeping training.

·          Speed and agility training.

·          Additional specialized soccer training for all participants.

·          A dedicated, experienced coaching staff.

·          Skills development.

·          Soccer theory and analysis.

·          Two written player evaluations per year

·          College prospect consultation and information.

·          Only 22 slots open for this program.
